January to June / September 6 to December

Book 1 Night:  $85 per night
Book 2 nights or more:   $65 per night
 

July & August

Book 1 Night:     $105 per night
Book 2 nights or more:   $85 per night

-   Rates posted are for 2 guests
-  Additional Guests: $20 per person/night (sofa bed)
-  Maximum Occupancy:  4 guests (children age 8+ are welcome)
-   We do not charge any taxes
-  Free WiFi
-  Large DVD library
-  Complimentary Starbucks Coffee and tea

Rates are for Accommodation Only, Breakfast is not included
Intended for our guests who wish to make use of the
well-equipped kitchenette in the Garden Suite.

HOW TO MAKE A RESERVATION 

*   Please make your reservation through our online reservation system.

Deposit:   50% of the total reservation amount (or 1 night, whichever is higher) at time of reservation. The balance is payable at time of check-in. (See cancel policy below)

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We understand that no matter how carefully you plan your holiday, changes sometimes happen. Please be aware that the reservation made for you, means that we have had to turn away others that wished to reserve the Garden Suite. Our cancel policy is as follows:

If notice of cancellation is received 14 days or more  prior to the date of arrival,  the deposit will be refunded  less  a $45 cancellation fee. Cancelled nights are non-transferable. (This policy also applies to shortened stay, changes and no-shows)

Payment:

General Reservation Information:

Check-in time is between 4 and 6 pm (or by prior arrangement).
If you expect to arrive later than 6 pm, please be sure to give us a call so that we can make arrangements to be home to welcome you. 

Check-out time is 11 AM on the day of departure. 
Please note:  Unless prior arrangements have been made, late check-out cannot be accommodated.

This is a non-smoking suite.  For your comfort, a smoking area is available on your private, covered patio.

Pets:  In order to accommodate our guests with allergies we are unable to welcome your furry friend. We will be pleased to recommend an excellent kennel nearby.

The Garden Suite has no telephone, please bring your cell phone.
